Time management- spreading yourself too thin? Evaluate your priorities. What activities matter?
Sleep deprived? The Lord provides for those he loves, while they are asleep. Tired people have fewer emotional reserves.
Materialistic? For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. What purchases are "worth it"? K.I.S.S. What is your exposure to interuptions and are your resources under the Spirit's control?
Ban/Can/Plan
A Calendar can lock in our priorities. Make a family night- Fridays? Again, where our treasures are (including time) is where our hearts will be also. Share chores cheerfully.
Say No, have good habits, and don't overbook. The devil can't make you bad but he can make you busy.
Prayer is the key to the morning and the bolt to the evening. A day hemmed in prayer can't unravel.

See I thought I was too long winded. I kept thinkin'- stop talking so much (and I kept getting side-tracked, sometimes I' such a girl). I get caught up.
But I did laugh alot too so all in all- I have to agree it was a good meeting. Of course, what really makes it good are all the wonderful people and different personality types. Everyone brings something different to the table.
