Sun 12/18 6:30 Gift Exchange
We were hopig to do a gift exchange this year for a Small Group Event. The GROUP and the POSC have been meaning to plan an event together and I thought this might be fun. We're rescheduling, what do you think about Sunday 12/18 at 6:30pm? We'll need to decide soon to firm up sitters. It would be great if you brought something (drink, snack, desert, finger food) to make it extra special. Please comment with your details.

By gift exchange I mean it can be silly, outrageous, whatever. It shouldn't be store bought but it could be. I've participated in a few of these and they are always a good time.
Well with the Dream Dinners thing & Polor Express- maybe we'll forgo the gift exchange, that or do it on Tuesday Dec 6th at our POSC meeting? That would be fun. We could even invite the GROUP?
We may want to consider having that be our last meeting of the year (Dec 6th) because the Christmas Craziness will be setting in after that. What do you think?
Becky is providing plates and flatware and has verified that sitters will be available.
I (Kristy) will bring a silver and white table clothe as well as egg nog and an ice cream cake/pie.
Sunny is going to see if anyone in the GROUP wants to bring napkins and cups? I think pretty cups would be nice (the plastic looking champagne glasses or the mini clear hot drink cups) so we can do a toast with cider?
Robin is going to bring Christmas music and I’m trying to remember what else ☺

Details on the Gift Exchange so far are as follows…
I’d love to have everyone sit around the tree- maybe a few us can get there early and setup chairs? I suppose it would be nice to setup a table or two for the food and the drinks can just go on the counter next to the tree.
We’ll put all the gifts in the middle of the circle.
How we decide who starts is still to be determined. Any suggestions?
The gift exchange was fun AND we found out that Robin and Andy are expecting baby #2- wonderful news!
